Salmon Cookie

Ingredients
- 6-7 ounces of canned salmon, with the juice
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup non-fat dry milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup flour (whole wheat or all-purpose)
Instructions
- Combine the above ingredients (except flour) and stir.
- Slowly add the flour, stirring well.
- Flatten the dough and roll it out to a little less than 1/4-inch thick.
- Using a knife, cut into bite-sized pieces about the size of your kitten.
- Heat the oven to 350 F.
- Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Cool and store in an airtight container.
