This is my 13 year old kitty, we recently moved to a rental with these nice big windows but too high up and with little ledge for the cat to enjoy. Insert this window ledge. I wasn't sure If this is something she would like, 13 years together and she still surprises me, we put her favorite treats on top to get her on it and she hasnt wanted to come off since. She's not a skinny girl, she's 15lbs but she can sit pretty comfortable on top. We tested it with a 25lb weight before we let her on and it held up well.
Just a tip, if you're renting like us do be aware that you are asked to drill about a 2" screw into your window ledge. It will not be sturdy enough otherwise. If you plan to purchase keep that in mind and be sure to have a drill.

My fluffball absolutely loves this perch. It's now where he spends most of his days. I did have to screw it into the windowsill, however. It was not stable otherwise. I may add a third bracket in the middle underneath as well. It wobbles just a little when he hops on. Overall, great purchase for the price. We're both happy with it.

My cat loves this perch. He is on it constantly either sleeping or looking out the window. I didn't want to drill holes in my window sill, so I secured it with C-clamps. It took about 10 minutes to assemble and install this product. I highly recommend this perch.

Not only does it not have the ugly wires in the way, but it is way more sturdy. I like the simple/modern look of it compared to the other ones. 10/10 recommended. ** Also, I added a third screw to the middle like someone else recommended in the comments, I highly recommend this!!
