Return and Refunds

Thank you for your purchase at coziwow.com. We are proud to offer a 90-day return policy on all of our items.

We understand that not every purchase will be satisfactory, Coziwow team aims to provide a more convenient and reassuring after-sales service for every customer.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please submit refund request through your order or contact us. Our customer service team will handle your request.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel and issue a full refund.

If the order is already in transit, we need to contact the shipping company to recall the order and it will charge the corresponding recall fee as required.

Please note: If the recall fails, please refuse UPS and Fedex to receive your product upon arrival. If you reject your order at the time of delivery, please contact us that if we do not receive your rejection notice, the refund or exchange may be delayed.

Return

You can request a return or exchange within 90 days after delivery if you feel the item doesn’t satisfy. All returned products must be in new, unassembled, unused, resalable condition as they were when first received.  For pre-sale orders, you can ask for a refund at any time before shipment or return it within 90 days of delivery.

All returns must be authorized by Coziwow accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA) which may be obtained by contacting Coziwow Customer Service. Once a return is authorized, the buyer can then ship the item to Coziwow. 

Please note:

Coziwow will not be responsible for items lost during shipping and cannot process your return until the item is received.

Coziwow is not responsible for the shipping costs for self-returns.

 

If you want to return the package, please submit refund request through your order or contact customer service team and provide the following information:

-Provide the photo of order information including the order number and tracking number.

-State the reason for the return.

-State whether you have retained the original packaging.

-State the product condition, such as” unopened, assembled or used”

-Provide the photo of the package, product and PO# on the box.

 

Shipping charges for returns are not reimbursed under the following conditions:

  • Subjective cause, such as“don’t like/want/need the product, order a wrong item, order by mistake” etc.
  • Do not fit the size (Please read the product dimension carefully before purchase)
  • Any other return for non-quality reasons.

 

If your product is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, please call our Customer Service Department or email us, we will work with you to find the best solution.

Our company will be responsible for the return shipping fee for a defective item, wrong item, item damaged during transit, and item missing accessories.  You don’t need to afford extra fees

Please note: If the product was returned by non-quality problems should be unused with the original package, or we will refuse the returning package.

Please note: The return address isn’t the company address shown on coziwow.com. If the parcel is returned to the wrong address, we won’t be able to process your refund or exchange.  Our customer service will provide you a return address after the return being checked.

Refund

All of those refund requests will be handled within 2 business days

After receiving the return address, please return the package within 2 weeks, or your return demand will be invalid.

Once you ship it out, please provide us the returning tracking number via email. Please note that Coziwow is not responsible for any refund delays caused by not contacting us to provide returning tracking number after the product has been returned.  When we receive the returning package, we will refund to your original account within 5 business days.

If you notice a difference in the product’s price within 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund for the price difference, as requests beyond this period cannot be handled.

Expedited shipping fees are collected by the carrier. Normally, Tobbi does not handle refunds for these charges.

Exchange

When returning items to Coziwow, the buyer has the ability to exchange for an item of equal value.  In order to be eligible for an exchange, the product must be returned within 90 natural days of your purchase.  Products must be in the same new, unused, resalable condition as they were first received.  We will ship the exchange item within 5 business days.

Warranty Period

We promise to offer a 1-year product warranty upon your receiving the order from coziwow.com.
