Ingredients
- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Combine the above ingredients and stir.
- Stir well until it forms a ball of dough.
- Flatten the dough and roll it out.
- Using a knife, cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
- Cool and store in an airtight container.
