Pretty easy assembly. My nine year old did most of it with me putting in the screws (a little hard to turn). Easy to clean, especially with a shop vac to do most of the work. My only complaint, and my friend who bought the same hutch had this problem as well, is that the bunnies chew the heck out of it. The ramp is all chewed up as is the sides of the interior. I might try using some bitter apple spray to deter them.

This product took about an hour to put together. It’s well constructed, and while some reviewers had issues with chips I had no such problem. The bottom insert did not fit as needed, but with an extra chunk of wood (wooden dowels are pretty cheap) it was fixed in five minutes. My BIGGEST problem was the lack of tools and the holes were not easy to manually screw the parts into. Went much quicker with my handy electric drill! I would buy it again, and my bunny Oolong loves his new home! My bunny does have issues with the ramp, as it’s pretty smooth wood and not a lot of traction, but that’s easily fixed. Impressed considering the mixed reviews. As long as your handy this shouldn’t be a problem to put together

The hutch is so cute and seems sturdy enough for the price! I put it together myself and I’m a fairly small woman, no man power needed. Just a screwdriver! I had seen some complaints about chipped wood but mine didn’t have any and the trays fit snug but slide out fairly easy! My baby can’t reach the top yet because it is a fairly steep ramp but I’m sure when she gets older (she’s a New Zealand white).

Iam happy with the purchase but a few things that I feel it should have, or be changed. The top part of the wired cage, would be nice if that could open up, would be easier to pull larger things in and out and to clean. The door that opens should be wider, hard to even get a dust pan in there or to clean. The ramp should be more sturdy.
Also the bottom tray keeps falling down. Could be a factory defect or a bad batch cause I've read other reviews where they've had problems with the trays.
Other than that the cage it's self is sturdy easy to put together, and adorable to be used for indoor use.

It looks great and was okay instructions but they could have been better, the trays were not the easiest to get in but a little push they go right in also some of the panels were missing there pilot holes but still soft enough wood to just push with the screw drive and get it started. The hinges for the lid was really difficult to figure out where to put them since there was no pilot holes. Over all the paint was in good shape except some minor scratches but would definitely recommend this product

This is a nice hutch. It was easy to put together but has a lot of screws so it took a while. But my rabbit loves it. She likes sleeping upstairs to keep warm but downstairs where air circulates through the wires to keep cool. She loves running up and down the ramp over and over. There is no bottom but my husband bought a huge tray that is for the bottom of a dog crate and it works great since she lives in the house. I can open the door to the bottom and let her come out when she wants and when she's done chasing the cat she goes back in the hutch to rest and I close the door, she's very happy and so are we.

It's good for what it is. Since I'm not too handy, I hired someone to put it together, and it didn't take him long. It looks good, and it's pretty sturdy. But even a small rabbit will be cramped in there, so please put a wire enclosure around it to give bunny more room. I bought wire shelving at BB&B and put it together with zip ties. I also reinforced the chewable areas, because the wood is so soft, a rabbit will chew it up pretty quickly.

It arrived on time, and all the parts were included. So, for the price, it's a good deal.
