The material feels high quality for the price. I am a below average handy guy and it took me 3 hours to put this thing together all by myself. It looks like an art piece once assembled. My cat knew it was for her and she started running almost immediately after I put this together. The wheel runs smoothly and quietly, and it feels sturdy too. Would highly recommend!

all pieces are made with ~1/2in plywood with a laminated finish. far better quality than the slightly cheaper particle board alternative. easily assembled by myself, a 125lb woman, within 2-3hrs (including adhd breaks. 😂). shipped in sufficient protective packaging. all parts accounted for and in working condition. extra screws and dowels are included, as well as an allen key. the allen key is the only necessary tool, however i did use a rubber mallet to be sure all dowels were installed securely. noise level when in use is moderate, and is highly dependent on all pieces being lined up correctly during assembly. this is the only downside. the noise is loud enough to wake me when keeping the wheel in my bedroom, hence the 45 review. I'd say the it's a steal compared to items of the same quality.

I was happy they gave sand paper for the edges! Don’t want my furbaby with splinters🥴! Otherwise, you’ll have to schedule a good ~2 hours for the making, but Pretty easy to handle. I believe Instructions are from some china factory… So use your logic to put all the little wheels 🛞 upward. Goodluck and have fun!

So the instructions are a joke. Here are some quotes:
"Put a black belt back glue mother-in-law Tear off the top layer paper, along the roller fixed one circle (Wipe the rollers clean first!)"
"Hint: Do not tighten the mounting screws to the end at one time, and tighten them again after a single component is installed and formed!"
What the heck. I was really happy that it was actually quality plywood, and I know it says that it's wood in the description but I was expecting a wood sticker or veneer over particle board or MDF. Very nice. I don't like that it comes with Philips screws, they are the worst next to blade screws. I would have preferred Robertson, but the real issue is that it comes with a screwdriver. Save yourself the trouble and use a drill with your torque set really low. I had it together in b45 minutes without instructions. Here are my instructions:
Sort your parts (most of the hardware comes in a single bag)
Push the expanding inserts into all the pieces first
Assemble

You will have some extras in there so that's also nice, better too many than too few!

Installation takes a while as there are many pieces to it. Hardware consists of soft metal, so be patient in making everything fit well or you will break something. The liner in the video left a 3/4" gap, but that is probably my fault for not lining up correctly. The glue is strong, so I did not want to restart installing the liner. It is a sturdy piece once it everything is put together. Sturdy and large enough for my 13 pound cat. It is not silent when rolling, but quiet enough that the cat does not mind. It took about 5 days for my cat to start running in it. He does sleep on it a lot, so it serves as his cat bed as well lol.

It works as it should. It's a lot cheaper now than when I bought. I paid almost 400 when I purchased it. My cat rarely uses it, if at all. I think it's a huge waste of money. I tried the laser pointer to get him to go on it. He'll use it for about 20 seconds or so. I don't think it's big enough for him and he's a pretty small cat. My other cat won't even get on it. If you have money to waste on it, give it a try. I'd buy a walking pad first before I buy this and it would of been cheaper than buying this wheel.

Set some time to assemble. It’s a bit difficult but it just takes a lot of time. Well constructed and as advertised. Took one star off as some of the other reviews have stated the instructions could have been a bit better regarding which screws to use. I found myself looking back and forth to the legend constantly. Also a drill and allen head drill heads saved a ton of time. It’s solid. Will my cats use it ? That’s a different question.

I tried to buy 2 different less expensive wheels before this and the orders fell through for one reason or another. Glad now. This was shipped immediately from within the US and I got it sooner than expected. Arrived in good condition no missing or broken pieces. They include spare screws which was nice. It took about 2 hours to assemble it for a handy type guy taking his time and only 1 cat supervising. He said it wasn’t awful. It’s solid built. Sturdy. I was worried about the gap between the wheel and base but it doesn’t seem like it’s an issue. It’s easy to move around. Still deciding where to keep it. All the cats checked it out but no one has run on it yet. The carpet for the inside of the wheel was folded and the crease is hard to smooth out. That’s the worst part. Very very happy with it and the seller.
Update- 6 month old kitten loves it!
