After getting tossed around through storms, this ramp is still in the same shape I received it in! The material you would walk on is nice and grippy to the dogs paws. The ramp seems like it will last long and continues to stay in good condition! The material overall is a thick plastic. Training my elderly dog to actually use the ramp has been extremely hard, she was scared to use it, still is not completely comfortable with it, if you are having trouble with training your dog on it, I recommend starting flat, using biscuits to get your dog comfortable to even walk on this new material, and slowly easing your dog up to the incline/decline!5.0 out of 5 stars Good strong ramp with good value!Liked it. So I just put my foot on the one side to hold it down flat on the garage floor then the dogs run up and down just fine. It will lay flat when I put it on the seat but then it starts getting pretty steep for the dogs to run into the truck.
My dogs went right up at the first time and jump back out the first time without any training or anything.
