Artificial Grass Outdoor Drainage Mat Pet Turf for Dogs
Whether your furry friends have potty problems? Our artificial grass turf is well-designed to solve their problems.
Designed with this realistic grass appearance, this synthetic grass mat allows your puppy to use it without training. This pet potty trainer features a three-layer design. The liquid seeps through the synthetic grass mat and runs down to the grid tray, which prevents it from gathering on the mat and causing bad smells and wet paws. It is worth mentioning that the three layers can be easily dissembled for easy cleanup. Just clean it with water rinse. Except for being a dogs’ potty pad, it also can be used as doormat. It is not only suitable for apartment or dormitory, but also patio or balcony.

I purchased 2 of these synthetic grass pads to work with the tray that I purchased separately. Complaints about the turf was the inevitable smell & deterioration over time. What I do is line the tray first with a pee pad & then put the turf on top of it. The pee pad is changed each day, rolled up, wrapped & tied in a plastic bag & then disposed of so my kitchen garbage doesn't smell. Each week, I take the entire tray & grass pad down to my laundry tub & run the water so it is smoking hot. I wash down the tray first. Then I put the stopper in the tub & fill it high enough to cover the entire turf pad, add 1/4 cup of cleaning vinegar, & flip it around a few times. Then I let the water out & repeat the process but this time let it sit & soak until the water is cool (sometimes I may forget it until the following day). After soaking for a while, I drain the tub & rinse the grass pad one last time before hanging it over the line to dry. Meanwhile, I take the second grass pad that has been hanging from the previous week to use when I set the tray back up in the corner of my kitchen. I alternate the turf pads each week. There is some shedding of the grass, but so far they have worked for 2 months. If they start to really fall apart, I'll order 2 more.
My house does not smell at all. There are some times when my puppy is standing on the tray but he is positioned so that he is not peeing entirely on the tray & it goes on the floor next to the tray. Then I first wipe it up using toilet paper & dispose of it (along with any dog waste) in the toilet. Afterwards I use Nature's Miracle to sanitize the floor. Both the vinegar & Nature's Miracle are not harmful to my puppy which is why I prefer them to bleaches & other cleansers.
I hope this is helpful. Now that the snow is melting, we have lots of huge puddles so walking my puppy is still a challenge. I am eager for things to dry out so we can begin a regular system of daily walks & I won't have to rely solely on this system but it has gotten us through the winter.
Merry Christmas to all and Happy Trails!$
