4、How to choose the right pet house?

According to the local environment, pet needs, and your personal preference. Refer to SIZE CHARTS for how to choose the right size.

5、How to pay the order?

At present, we only support Paypal.

6、How long until my order will ship?

We will arrange the delivery within one working day after receiving the payment.

7、How long until it arrives after my order ships?

Depending on the location, the goods will arrive in 3-5 days on average. 

8、What shipping carrier do you use?

We currently use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for all orders.

9、Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Expedited shipping options are not offered at present. Because we have two warehouses located in California and New Jersey, respectively, most of our orders can be delivered in 2-3 working days. 

10、Can you ship to my address?

We only ship to physical addresses within the 48 states and currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam.

11、Can you deliver my order to PO Box?

We only deliver to the verified physical addresses. We do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO box.

12、Can I track my purchase?

Sure. We will send you the Tracking ID by email after you place an order successfully. You can view your Tracking ID by logging in to the COZIWOW account. Then you can track the goods on the official website of the corresponding logistics company (www.fedex.com; www.ups.com).

13、Will my shipment require a signature on delivery?

According to the value, shipping problem, or size, some require a signature (direct signature required). These items can also be picked up and signed at the local Federal Express. If your order is sent by Federal Express, opening a Federal Express Manager Account will offer you more options. When receiving the Tracking ID, you can check the tracking information to see if a signature required so that you can arrange someone to sign for it. 

14、What is the warranty on my purchases?

All our products have a 90-day return period (from the delivery date). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or no longer need this product (unopen) within 90 days, we will give you a full refund. There’s no other warranty.

15、What happens if I cancel my order?

The cancellation of the order will not result in any payment. Don’t worry.

16、What if my item/package arrives damaged?

If there is a damage problem, feel free to contact us via [email protected] immediately, providing the pictures, and we will do the best to solve it.
