Trout Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked trout
- 1 cooked egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon steamed broccoli, chopped small
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce
Instructions
- Boil the trout and egg until cooked throughout.
- Pulse all of the prepared ingredients in your food processor.
- Mix until blended and serve.
- You can store in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
