How to return or replace the goods?

Return and exchange regulations

After receiving the package, consumers should check the products in the box as soon as possible.

If you need to return or replace the goods, please follow the following rules:

  • 1. You must apply for the return within 3 days after receipt of delivery.
  • 2. You can return the goods in their original packaging within 14 days after receipt.
  • 3. Our customer service team will contact you after receiving your application for a return or replacement. Please check and reply to the email in time. If there is no reply within 7 days, it will automatically close the application, and the return or replacement process cannot continue.
  • 4. Please confirm that the return must be unused, unmodified, labeled, and packed. Accessories included must be returned together.
  • 5. For all errors not caused by the seller, the customer shall pay a 10% restocking fee for return, and the buyer shall be responsible for the return freight.
  • 6. Although each item has been rigorously tested and professionally packed, it is inevitable that a few items (less than 0.1%) will be damaged in transit. You are welcome to contact us within 3 days after receiving the package for replacement.
  • 7. The reply address is not the company address on the COZIWOW website. Our customer service will provide you with the Return Address and RMA Number after an authorized return.
  • 8. After receipt of the Return Address and RMA Number, please return the package within 14 days and inform us of the return Logistics Number. Otherwise, the return/ replacement application will be closed automatically, and then the return/replacement process cannot continue. Please be sure to mark the RMA Number on the package when returning the goods. If the customer returns to a wrong address or there is no RMA Number on the box, we will not refund or replace it.
