Somewhat tricky to build as the wood trim cracks under the slightest pressure from the screwdriver, but with some fiddling it comes out as the picture describes. The floor on the bottom level is screen with the seams covered by felt to avoid having your pet step on sharp protrusions. Unfortunately my sable rex rabbit chews the felt and we needed to hammer to flatten any broken pieces of wire at the seams. We added 2.5 inch door lock latches to each door for when we are away from home. All in all good purchase! The wreath and garden flag are also found on Amazon!

As far as store bought hutches go this is one of the better ones. All store bought hutches I’ve ever seen/purchased are cheap pine wood which rabbits will quickly chew through. There’s no way I would use this outside though. It’s not sturdy enough. However, the seller is very responsive and helpful!

I’m so happy with this house! If I can build this anybody can. You can get a little creative too. You can add hinges so you can open up the top if you’d like in a snap closure I’ll do that later. But overall I’m very happy with it! I did polyurethane the outside to weatherproof it and it’s good to go I can even tarp it. It’s just adorable. Very impressed and it matches my barn and my chicken coop!

Was missing one window, however we were able to put a small heat light in this open space to keep our rescued kittens warm. So it worked out perfectly.

Very easy to assemble! All the parts were labeled and there were pre drilled holes. Not to hard to clean just lift it and slide the small Mat out from underneath. Great product!

This is ridiculously cute in person and very easy to put together. I am not normally the one to put things together but I did it in less than an hour. Our 2 bunnies were immediately more active exploring their new home. The only reason it is 4 stars is the clear roof seems a bit flimsy and the directions aren’t the clearest. Happy with my purchase though!
