    Overall its pretty good the instructions are not clear and could be a bit better. The assembly should have been easier then it was but some of the screws didn’t fix flush as the holes were not cut properly. But at the end of the the house looks cool in the yard and does the job. For the quality of the product I wish it was cheaper but I can imagine the shipping cost is not cheap so the price point is fair.

    Bought this for a duck house for two rouens. Took me about a half hour to assemble (while on the phone). Great size & value, only reason for 4 stars is the hardware needs to be heavier for the hinges, the screws are microscopic & dont go far enough into the wood to hold the arms. You will have to get bigger screws but it's not a big deal
