I wouldn’t mind sanding it before putting it together, some edges are rougher than recommended, but overall I love the looks and the lizards love the climbing and digging. I added heat absorbing sand to the open area and added some nice, soft, cold sand to the hideout. So far so good! Would recommend!

This cage is adorable, feels sturdy, and is roomy enough for my little girl. We have had Hazel (the bunny) for about a week. As a classroom pet, she needed something with a built in hide for when she is home.

I put this together by myself in under an hour. Drill and hammer made it much easier.

**** I moved it away from the outlet after taking the pictures****

Update: we have had bunny in the cage for three days. I have cleaned four pee puddles off of the floor. I don’t know where she’s peeing that it’s getting out of the cage. Waste of money.

The poo and pee just soaks into the wood.

The drawer doesn’t slide out easily and is a pain to push back in too. Just don’t buy it.

It is very nice! Easy to put together. Would have been nice if holes were pre-drilled but we did it fine. You can’t really buy bowls that screw on to the side because there is wood at the bottom and not wire. Probably best for a smaller bunny. Wayfair shipping was so quick. We are very happy with our purchase!

We bought this hutch to attach and add room for my daughter's rabbit. The rabbit is a rex which is bigger than we originally had planned for. We purchased a first hutch but he just needed more room. This hutch was very easy to put together. I really liked the ribbon that covers the edges of the chicken wire on the inside. We didn't put the overhead bedroom in as the rabbit is a little too big for it and we didn't want to use it. We removed the door that was to be used for the rabbit to go in and out if they are roaming free. We attached it to the other hutch and he uses the open door to go back and forth. This hutch comes with a latch to secure the top of the hutch too. I liked that. The hutch is a great color and it worked out well for our needs!

You can’t really buy bowls that screw on to the side because there is wood at the bottom and not wire. Probably best for a smaller bunny. Wayfair shipping was so quick.
