I agree with other customers who had bought this product for their cats, that the instructions are so-so and that the peices could have been labeled to make assembly more organized and easier.

Overall, I am happy with the product as is my Hubby for our two cats. Compared this with a few others and liked this one best.

It was explored right away by our two cats when it was completely assembled. Took about half an hour. It is best to set it in a corner spot so that it has complete stability. Has some wobble when one of our cats jumps up and down it in his hurry, but holds very well.

My cats first tower and she loves using it still even though she's a big cat now... I do wish though that they would sell larger single platform attachments to replace top platform for growing cats. I couldn't imagine a better starter cat tower for my cat. Sadly might have to resell it to buy new one since its top platform is getting way too small and we need room for the new one.

One big issue with the product would be the fact that the instructions had no written portion and the pieces were not labeled in any way, all there was was a picture showing what had to go where and then the pieces that came labeled with dimensions. I was able to figure it out but not as user-friendly as it should be. I really liked the different levels and spaces for the cats to go in because I can tell they would stay interested in it and one of them jumped up there right away to start playing with the dangling fluff ball. Also it did feel pretty sturdy once it was all put together

All drilled holes, anchors and parts went together well with just the enclosed Allen wrench (even without written instructions-only graphics.) Our cat was skeptical at first, but a sprinkle of catnip in the enclosures sealed the deal. Our kitten "Harry" loves the climbing, jumping, tethered ball- batting and just hanging out. As the unit is placed next to a patio door, Harry's abled to view our resident squirrels from a lofty vantage-point. The construction design is well thought-out and assures adequate excercise and diversion for our 4- months- old tabby. The whole affair has given our drapes and furniture a break. Nice job China!

I have a 14lbs cat, so I wanted something that was big enough for her that was sturdy. This checks off all the boxes and more! It's not unattractive by any means, and the beige works well with the furniture we have. It's very light in color, soft to the touch, and, most importantly, my cat loves it and can fit in all the little nooks. The only downside is the instructions were all visual, no parts are labeled, and some pieces are less intuitive than you'd think. It's not hard to assemble the pieces themselves, but it is frustrating when you find yourself needing to undo something because you missed attaching a piece.

When the package arrived, it was missing 3 pieces. I contacted the seller and they shipped me the missing pieces at no extra cost. So if you happen to have any issue, the seller is easy to work with. Simply due to the size of the tree (do note the stated dimension, was smaller than I expected but exactly as advertised) it means the tree is lighter than others I've had and it does lean slightly initially when the larger cat jumps to it, but it has never fallen over. Both my cats seem to like it, so I have given the 5 star rating.

Pro: I have 1 cat and 1 ferret and both of the animals are enjoying it. From the moment it was built they have been playing with it and sleeping in it and scratching it.

Con: It is small, my cat is no longer a baby kitten and when it comes down to the bases where the cat should sit and lay it is very small to where she cant fully fit. There are 2 little houses 1 bugger then the other and the cat could barely fit in the smallest one but can fit in the bigger one although still small.

Overall if you have a big cat this is not for you. I gave it a fice star because it is easy to assemble,sturdy and is stable. My cat is enjoying it and so long as she is happy so am I.

My cat Nikko adores this. It's pretty durable so far, he's nuts and he recently got his nails trimmed at the vet. Prior to this, he was able to leap from across the room to the top tier and latch on for safety. Well. Now when Nikko tries to do his leap of faith, I get to watch him scramble to grab hold of the top before skidding off of it and smacking into the wall. I officially love this thing as much as he does.

On a legitimate side, This thing is pretty sturdy. Still on the cheaper end because the tubes are cardboard but that's what you get for less than 100 bucks. Nikko does his leap of faith 900 times a day, 1100 if catnip is involved, and it is still sturdy, upright and in one piece. It's a good buy.

Update... what I originally said was true. However, after fixing it a bit my kitten adores this thing. I don’t know how long she will be able to play on it but at this point she spends a lot of time on it and I’m thankful I kept it. So I raised the stars and am grateful to the seller for working with me

This is definately made for a kitten sized kitty. It takes a while to assemble and it’s important to assemble it tightly. It’s not built really sturdy. That said, I was going to return it, but my kitty started taking to it so we decided to reinforce the areas we felt needed more stability and keep it until she out grows it and then donate it to someone who fosters abandoned kittens.
I found the seller to be very interactive and very easy to work with. They responded to all of my emails and messages and as such, in the end when we decided to keep it, they were also very kind. I highly suggest reading all of the reviews before you purchase this scratch post. It is very nice and in the same breath very small platforms. The rest I have already listed.
The seller made this much easier. Thank you very much

Good and bad
Good. Great packing! Everything is wrapped in plastic and packaged well. All the pieces were there and fit together correctly. Assembly took about 2 hours which considering how complex it is was reasonable. The instructions were very well done for an import product. Good value for the money, super fast delivery.
Bad. Whoever designed it wasn’t a cat person at all. The two small scratch areas are worthless. They should have made it with more of the large scratch areas. The carpet it is covered in is so flimsy it is see-thru, this will not last forever.
Summary:
For the money it is a good deal but don’t expect it to last for years and years. I would recommend this product with the understanding that it isn’t the best out there but the price is very reasonable and I feel like I received good value for my money.

If you have an obese cat, or even a slightly hefty cat, you will not want to purchase this cat tree. It's a great size for kittens, and a bit on the smaller size for slimmer adult cats. My three cats are about 7 lbs. each, not a lot of weight on smaller frames, and they can climb and perch and squeeze into the little houses just fine, even my big boi managed to squeeze himself into the smaller hutch and turn around. I still have no idea HOW he did that, but cats don't need to pay attention to things like PHYSICS or none of that bullhonkey, am I right?

Like another reviewer mentioned, our cats do perch upon surfaces that are much smaller than them, and they're happy with that. Similarly, they are happy with this cat tree. I admit that I did not read the reviews before I bought it, and if I had to do it over again, I probably would have bought something larger than this.

In the end, however, for smaller adult cats and for kittens, it's a great cat tree. For obese cats or just plain large cats, you will want to keep shopping and pay attention to the size measurements.

The package came quickly, was relatively easy to assemble, although the parts aren't labeled directly. I had a few minutes of sorting through things to get the right piles, but once I got things going, it wasn't hard to assemble.

Really good kitten stand for the price! Have two kitties under a year and they love it. Lots of levels for them to play on. They use the scratching posts and play with the balls too. Much better than the old school shag carpet towers. My middle school aged daughter and I put it together in about 10-15 minutes and not one argument or frustration with the directions! To help you out, we used the Amazon picture for reference which made installation easier. Love the dark blue color which goes great with my blue/grey couch and that’s an added plus! It’s a little wobbly when the kittens get rambunctious but overall a great purchase.

My kid (age 13) and I assembled this together in about 30 minutes. Really easy to assemble and it is way sturdier than my old one. The main thing is the cats love it. I have three cats and there are many times a day that all three cats will be on the tower at the same time. The only downside is I wish the top pieces were a little bit larger. My older cat tower had larger platforms at the top and the cats seemed to like that better, they've gotten use to this one so I guess it's o.k.

I was concerned when I read some of the reviews regarding how small it was but when we put it together we realized it's the perfect size for our new kitten. Most likely she won't be able to curl up on the round parts of the tree in about 4-6 months but she'll still be able to use it even then. After all, it does say in the description that it is for a kitten NOT a cat. I wanted to also mention this company's customer service was so appreciated. We had gotten the notification that the tree had been delivered, however, we never received it. We eventually found it a few days later at a neighbors home but in those few days every time I had to email them they responded promptly and were very helpful. My only issue I had was the directions. It was pretty confusing but the directions basically show you how to build the tree from the top down to the base instead of starting at the base and building up from there. It wasn't too difficult though once we figured that part out!
